This is the lake in 1970. There were row boats for rent to the public. That was discontinued in the mid 70s. The boathouse is behind the camara. It is now home to a pre-school and summer camp. Also office space for the Parks dept.

This is the lake 25yrs. later 1995, no row boats.

Here is the boat that cleans the lake. It cuts that that green stuff that grows in the summer and chokes the lake. Two men run the boat, one drives the other throws back fish,turtles and other living things that get sucked up.

This is a map of the entire Kissena Park,including the Golf course and bike track (velodrome). The bike track was built for the 64/65 Worlds Fair.
